Every TRSC piece is cut, shaped, welded, finished and inspected in-house on the same equipment, in the same sequence, on every single order.
Five stages. The same sequence on every order.
Cut
Raw steel sheet is fiber-laser cut to approved dimensions. Wood panels are CNC-routed against confirmed drawings.
Shape
Steel is folded and bent to profile on CNC press brakes. Timber components are machined and edge-profiled to finished dimension.
Join
Steel frames are fully welded using robotic MIG/TIG cells and checked for joint integrity at every seam.
Finish
Every steel surface is cleaned, primed and powder-coated in an enclosed electrostatic booth, then oven-cured.
Inspect
Every finished piece is measured against the approved drawing before it is signed off and released for delivery.
What goes into a TRSC piece.
Every product starts as raw cold-rolled steel sheet from verified steel mills. Gauge selection is matched to product type.
- Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet18-gauge to 14-gauge depending on structural requirement.
- Baked Powder CoatElectrostatically applied, oven-cured at 180 degrees C for adhesion and chemical resistance.
- Steel Angle and ChannelHot-rolled structural sections for frames and rack uprights.
- Zinc Phosphate PrimerApplied under powder coat for rust-resistance in humid environments.
- HardwarePiano hinges, cam locks and drawer slides sourced to specification.
