How long does production take?
Lead time depends on order size: the bigger the order, the longer it takes. Most orders are ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 weeks of drawing approval. Large bulk orders take longer, and a 100-room hotel typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Custom sizes and new designs add time for drawings and a sample.

Plan on about 2 to 4 months door to door. Most orders are ready for dispatch 3 to 5 weeks after drawing approval, then the sea voyage takes roughly 3 to 6 weeks depending on the destination, plus time at the ports. Large projects such as a 100-room hotel take 8 to 12 weeks to produce.
How long is shipping from India to the USA?
About 28 to 35 days port to port to Los Angeles, and 28 to 40 days to New York, since many East Coast sailings now go around the Cape of Good Hope.
How long is shipping from India to the UK?
About 20 to 30 days port to port to Felixstowe, London Gateway or Southampton.
How long is shipping from India to Australia?
About 19 to 28 days port to port to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
When should I order furniture for a new hotel?
Start procurement at least 6 months before opening. Allow time for design approval and samples, 8 to 12 weeks of production for a full hotel, 4 to 6 weeks of freight, and installation before soft opening.
