Ordering — frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for importing furniture from Royal Safe Co.?
The minimum export order is USD 3,000. Some products also have a minimum quantity: 20 units per student locker model, 10 classroom sets, 5 hotel rooms, and 25 units per item for custom branding.
When do bulk prices apply?
Bulk pricing starts at 100 units of an item. Office furniture gets volume pricing from 20 units, and hotel orders of 50 rooms or more are priced as a project.
Can I mix different products in one container?
Yes. Most export buyers order a mixed container, for example lockers, bunk beds and wardrobes together. The order builder shows how full the container is as you add products.
Why are prices not shown?
Prices depend on specification, finish, quantity and delivery terms, so we quote each order. Send your order from the builder and we reply with an FOB or CIF quote, typically within 48 hours.
